Astrolo-Chi: T’ai Chi for the 12 Signs of the Zodiac is a fantastic way to learn how to bring astrology alive on all levels- mind,body,and spirit. The descriptions of the energies associated with the signs of the zodiac are very insightful and the gentle movements to awaken these are clearly demonstrated. The only draw back to the video is a lack of menu on the DVD. That would have been helpful to access the AM and PM Routines. I found the book Astrolo-Chi to be a great companion piece. The book is a beautiful and interesting look at the development of this exciting new form of T’ai Chi. It’s been life transforming for me.

The insecticide permethrin (in the synthetic pyrethroid family) is widely used on cotton, wheat, corn, alfalfa, and other crops. In addition, over 100 million applications are made annually in and around U.S. homes.
Permethrin, like all synthetic pyrethroids, is a neurotoxin. Symptoms include tremors, incoordination, elevated body temperature, increased aggressive behavior, and disruption of learning. Laboratory tests suggest that permethrin is more acutely toxic to children than to adults.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has classified permethrin as a carcinogen because it causes lung tumors in female mice and liver tumors in mice of both sexes. Permethrin inhibits the activity of the immune system in laboratory tests, and also binds to the receptors for a male sex hormone. It causes chromosome aberrations in human and hamster cells.
Personally, I wouldn't use something like that on my animals. If you go to this website you'll find natural remedies for fleas, ticks, and mosquitos from a vet with 25+ years of experience.

I would suggest reading this book:
The Gift of Fear by Gavin de Becker.
Excellent book! It actually has the guidelines used by professionals to determine the seriousness of someone who is going to act on homicidal threats!
The guy who wrote it has worked for the FBI, for famous people who are stalked and companies to determine danger from former employees, etc.
Awesome guide– a must read for anyone.
